We are seeking to reinforce our team with a


Translational Research Project Manager (60-80%)


Your main tasks:

  • Preparation and implementation of translational study projects
  • Manage portfolio of non-clinical projects
  • Contribute to set-up and management of early-stage clinical projects (phase 1 and phase 2)
  • Day-to-day management of assigned projects and tasks, including timelines and budgets
  • Identify appropriate external service providers and manage external project contributors
  • Ensure compliance with applicable SOPs, GCP and GLP
  • Support regulatory interactions


Your profile:

  • University degree in life sciences (chemistry, pharmacy, biology or another life science)
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in translational research or in non-clinical or clinical research, preferably acquired in an international environment
  • Good experience in project management
  • Sound knowledge of GLP and GCP requirements  
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Entrepreneurial personality with hands-on mentality
  • Open, team-oriented and communicative personality
  • Fluent in English and preferably also in German
